7 USPSA Matches In: Putting Speed and Accuracy Together

We are officially 7 matches in, and I am finally starting to find my flow in Carry Optics! This match was an incredible experience, not just for my progression, but because my son got to come out and watch me compete for the very first time. He had an absolute blast, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and nice to him, which made the day even better. As for the shooting itself, it was a tale of two halves. I had two rough stages where things didn't quite go to plan, but I bounced back hard on the rest of the match, placing within the top 11 for all of the remaining stages! We also shot the 18-09 Classifier. Even though I’ve run this specific one multiple times in matches, I managed to walk away with my second-best classifier run to date. You’ll also notice some new angles in this match vlog! I’m testing out the Insta360 X4 Air for the first time. My primary focus for this match was execution and running the stages well rather than worrying about the production, but I'm really looking forward to dialing in better camera placement and capture angles moving forward.
