The Grand Road (Bada Danda) and Medical Chhak are completely submerged under water, leaving several two-wheelers and four-wheelers partially drowned. Major tourist and transit zones, including the Talabania parking lot, are also experiencing heavy water logging. 🚨 Urgent Traffic Advisory & Route Diversion: • All vehicles traveling from Bhubaneswar to Puri are currently being diverted via the Malatipatapur Flyover towards Talabania. • Due to heavy congestion and the ongoing diversion, the waiting time at Malatipatapur has reached nearly 1 hour. • The Puri Traffic Police has issued an emergency appeal requesting devotees to avoid unnecessary travel and plan their journeys strictly as per the latest route map. Despite the torrential downpour and cloudburst-like situation, the spiritual spirit of the devotees remains unbreakable.
