This is Ilulissat Icefjord blue trail hike in Ilulissat, Greenland. Ilulissat blue trail hike is the best hike in Ilulissat. It is about 7 kilometers long and can take up to 5 hours to hike. Ilulissat Icefjord blue trail offers the best views of Ilulissat icebergs along Ilulissat icefjord. Ilulissat means Icebergs. It has the biggest icebergs you'll see outside Antarctica. Ilulissat Icebergs come from Jakobshavn Glacier known as Ilulissat glacier, which is the world’s fasted glacier and moves up to 40 meters per day. The iceberg that sank the Titanic was probably born in Ilulissat. Ilulissat blue trailhead starts in the sled dogs area at Quarry and ends at the end of the boardwalk where the main viewing platform of the Icefjord is located.
