Ranking Every Mario Kart Shell Cup

It's time for repetition time. Today we're gonna be ranking EVERY Shell Cup in the Mario Kart series, something that's relatively easy to do considering there's only 4 of them! This is the beginning of the retro tracks, remakes of previous tracks we've covered already, and since we HAVE to start with some beginner friendly courses, these tracks aren't gonna be that great.
