Mind Matters featuring Jennifer Williams
Recovery is often described as an inward journey, but it can also gain new meaning when we turn outward and serve others. In the next episode of ACEDS Mind Matters: Breaking the Silence in Legal Spaces, Jennifer Williams, CEDS, joins us for a candid conversation about being of service as a means to recovery. Together, we’ll explore how giving back can provide purpose, connection, perspective, and a renewed sense of belonging. A legal technology leader at Vinson & Elkins and an active member of the ACEDS community, Jennifer will also share her involvement with Ancora Ministries and Feed Kids Right Now. Their programs help provide weekend food support to children in Central Texas, along with nutrition and feeding programs for children and communities in Guatemala. Join us for an honest and hopeful discussion about recovery in action, and the possibilities that emerge when we use our experiences to help someone else. Sometimes the way forward begins by showing up for someone else.
