Twister the Movie Museum
When Hollywood came to Oklahoma 25 years ago to make the movie “Twister,” it was a memorable experience for everyone. Twister movie fans from around the world still come to Oklahoma now, but it is to visit the Twister Movie Museum in Wakita. The pride and joy of the museum is “Dorothy” from all the demolition scenes. You can also find movie “debris” used in the film from lamp posts to a bank door. You can find autographed photos and items signed by star Bill Paxton. Other movie memorabilia such as location maps and story boards can be found.
