INSANE CALISTHENICS BATTLE | Bar Brawl 10

This is an insane calisthenics battle at Wingate Park between two very strong calisthenics athletes! Bar Brawl 10 was a calisthenics showdown to remember. The opponents in this battle were D Fitness Guy vs SuperHeroZer0. These guys are extremely strong and they showed what they can do by completing this intense calisthenics routine. This routine included weighted pullups, bodyweight pullups, pushups, and muscle-ups. This is a high volume killer calisthenics routine and when put into a battle format, it takes the difficulty to a whole new level.
