Sidemount Essentials - Cycle of Basics: Basic Six

This video shows the cycle of basics sequence to show propper basic gear management. This exercise is part of the IANTD Essentials Diver in sidemount configuration. I use these videos so that my students can review the critical steps of the exercises and view them as often as they need/want. PLEASE: do not use this video as a substitute for training with a qualified and experienced instructor. A video can never replace instructor-led and supervised training.
