It is NOT about changing who you are! No, that would invalidate your very being, and who am I to say who you can and can’t be? It’s about providing you with practical tools, such as key concepts, worksheets, reflections, and activities that will help you recognize your readiness level, understanding where you are and who you are; and from there, using that awareness to build the self-determination that is needed to make successful changes. Once you understand where you are on your journey, you’ll be able to envision your path more clearly, make the necessary changes required to fulfill your life’s purpose, and experience your life from a place of peace and love.
