For anyone from India doing a road trip, this is a must watch. Also this is a must watch for people coming in from Left hand driving countries and also other continents. There are subtle, but important differences in the signs and signals and violating the road rules would invite huge fines. We had difficulty initially, but learned fast. We did 4 K kms in 5 countries, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and France in 4 weeks. Most people were disciplined on the road except in some cities of Italy :) We feel its very easy to do a road trip and this is the best way to see Europe as you get to see what the other tourists miss when they concentrate only on the Touristy places. We found Austria and Switzerland very beautiful and more disciplined on the road. The signage were best and road conditions were one of the best too. Some mistakes I made on the road are for others to learn from. So don't go to town on "what should have been done" and make "after the fact" statements. We all make mistakes and learn from them and move on.
