This place is on a whole different level. The noodles and sauce are stir-fried together in a single wok motion right in the kitchen, and the sauce clings to the noodles with a thick, rich texture. The balance is artistic; the rich, savory flavor of the Jjajang sauce hits you at first, followed by a sharp, spicy kick from the chili peppers at the end.
