(almost) INDESTRUCTIBLE! Autopsy of the JTD 8V engine. Complete disassembly!

Heelo guys! Complete teardown to understand what happened to this engine, how it suffered with the belt failure and what its strengths are! Complete analysis of all components from heads to block and checking internal components. This motor is not available for sale because it is still very useful because it withstood so well a catastrophic failure of the belt. Maintenance is king on these and all engines, having always had a good maintenance of antifreeze and engine oil its good condition is evident. Belt failure happened, once again, due to lack of verification and maintenance: Failure of the alternator dynamic pulley, power steering oil leakage\humidity onto the dynamic tensioner and finally the failure of the tensioner that led to the deviation and destruction of the accessories belt. Debris that lodged in the timing belt. DO NOT put thread glue on crankshaft and camshaft spindles or bolts!
