ACDF 6 Month Post Op Update ~ Was It Worth It?

This is my story of my 6 months post op ACDF Surgery. With all the ups and downs and finding out that I had more nerve damage and ultimately, more surgery coming this March, I am so happy I had this surgery done. This recovery time has taught me to let people help me, perseverance, patience, understanding and most of all, that no matter what Life has in store for me, God has made me appreciate the smaller things in life and not to take advantage of my health. 2026 will be a healthier year for me and I am looking forward to making those changes slowly and also looking forward to the next 6 months to a more fuller recovery.
