StayingActive+: Supporting Wellness and Connection
This project explores how group-based wellness programming can support people living with psychosis in building healthy routines, social connection, and confidence. Through StayingActive+, the project team is working with participants to better understand how physical activity, peer support, and community-based approaches can improve wellbeing and help reduce cardiometabolic risk. This work was funded by the University of Toronto’s Novo Nordisk Network for Healthy Populations.
