新潟旅（前編）！ヒシの実を拾って食って、シロギスを漬ける。

2025/09(1/2)With the summer heat finally easing, we set out on a short trip to Niigata! On the way, we stopped by Lake Suwa to collect water chestnuts and gave them a taste. Then, it was time to fish — targeting sand whiting and grouper along the coast. The freshly caught whiting were prepared for drying, while store-bought yellowtail was marinated in salt and soy sauce to make tasty preserved fish.
