I'll show you some tips that even beginners can use to make beautiful crepes! They're very delicious, so please give them a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (for one 15cm diameter) ・120g plain flour ・2 eggs ・350ml milk ・30g unsalted butter ・40g/30g granulated sugar ・300ml fresh cream Appropriate amount of salad oil ■How to make 1. Heat the butter in the microwave at 600w for 40 seconds to melt it. 2. Beat the eggs and add the granulated sugar, butter, milk, and plain flour in that order, mix well, strain the dough, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 3. Add granulated sugar to the cream and whip thoroughly. 4. Bake one in a 26cm frying pan and the remaining in a 20cm frying pan, then cool. 5. Cut out 20cm crepe dough using a 15cm ring mold. 6. Spread cream on the crepe dough, repeating until the 20cm dough is used up. 7.
