Installing the Bambu P2S External Exhaust Kit and Venting

In this video, I install the Bambu P2S External Exhaust Kit and walk through the full process of assembling the fan enclosure, adding the gaskets, connecting the control board, attaching the 4-inch vent adapter, and routing the exhaust outside through an egress window. I also share why I wanted to add external ventilation to my Bambu P2S printers, especially as I continue experimenting with materials like polycarbonate, ABS, ASA, nylon, PLA-CF, and PETG-CF. If you are concerned about 3D printing fumes, VOCs, smells, or improving airflow in your workspace, this setup may give you ideas for your own printer room or basement workshop. I’ll show the parts I printed, the window vent adapter, the 4-inch duct setup, the dual-printer vent layout, and how the exhaust fan settings appear inside the Bambu printer menu.
