The extruder melts HDPE (or recycled HDPE) material, pushes it through a specially designed mold to shape the marine step profile, then cools and calibrates it in the vacuum tank. Finally, the step is cut to the required length. Applications: Docks and marinas – Anti-slip steps for boarding boats or yachts.
