Smoked Sausage & Sautéed Veggies plus Chocolate Delight!

Hey everyone! Recipes Here are the ingredients for my Smoked sausage recipe - this is an inexpensive recipe that is fulfilling and tasty!! You add your favorite vegetables!!!! 1 pkg Beef smoked sausage- your choice 1 sliced onion 1 green pepper-sliced Mushrooms- sliced Garlic Clove 4-5 small (tiny) squash You can use 1-2 regular size squash-yellow squash Salt and pepper Couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce Sauté veggies Sauté sausage Combine Make rice according to package directions I added 1 small onion chopped and sautéed in olive oil first then toasted 1 cup of rice and then 2 cups water. Salt and pepper and garlic clove.. Just sauté onion & garlic first Add rice to toast Add water Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes without stirring or opening lid Recipe for Chocolate delight 16 oz cool whip- divided 8 oz room temperature cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 4 cups milk 1 large chocolate pudding- instant 1 small box chocolate or vanilla instant pudding 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans 1 1/2 cups self rising flour 1/8 tsp baking soda- optional 1 stick (1/2) cups milk melted butter 9x13 lightly greased casserole dish Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine pecans, butter & flour in bowl Mix thoroughly Press dough into casserole dish making sure you cover entire dish Bake 20 minutes then cool completely for at least 30-40 minutes Layer- Need mixer Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and 1/2 cool whip- set aside In separate bowl, mix pudding with 4 cups cold milk When crust has cooled, put cream cheese layer first, covering crust Then add pudding mixture Then top with the remaining 1/2 of your cool whip! You can top with crushed pecans, chocolate syrup!! Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving Keep refrigerated!!! Cover with plastic wrap or a lid I hope you enjoyed my video and my story!
