Your Body is Communicating. Are you listening? | Nepal Sign Langauge

Hello everyone. Welcome to Nepal Deaf Talks. To understand what our body is trying to communicate to us, we should understand our health first. In today's topic, we will discuss health. Health means the overall well-being of a person. It is not only about not being sick. It includes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. All these are important. Let me explain clearly. First, Physical health means how the body works. It depends on daily habits. Eating healthy food helps the body grow and stay strong. Drinking clean water keeps the body healthy. Exercise and regular movement improve body function. Proper sleep and rest help the body to be fresh. Regular medical check-ups help prevent serious sickness. Good physical health supports a strong body. Physical health also depends on nutrition. Nutrition means the other things in food that give energy and help our body grow. If we do not eat with nutrition, we will feel weak, tired, and sick. Second, Mental health means how we think and feel. Stress, Anxiety, and depression affect mental health. Emotional balance supports good mental health. Mental health is as important as physical health. If you are feeling sad or stressed. Is that a weakness? No. It is a normal part of health. But many people think that feeling sad is a weakness. That is not true. It is a human emotion that everyone feels at some point. Third, Emotional Well-being. Emotional well-being means how we feel and handle our emotions. It includes feelings like Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Love and many more Emotional well-being helps us: Express our feelings in a healthy way Manage stress and pressure Build good relationships with others When emotional well-being is bad, a person may: Feel sad Feel lonely Feel irritated or angry often What can we do about this? Talking to someone, sharing feelings, resting, and asking for help can improve emotional well-being. Emotional well-being is just as important as physical and mental well-being. Why is Health Education Important? Health education helps us to understand our body, prevent sickness, make informed decisions, and know when to ask for help. Why do we need to understand our health? Because when we understand our health, we take better care of ourselves. Thanks for watching!!! In the coming videos, we will see more about other important things in health that we all should know about. Please comment below and tell us how you take care of your health.
