The Grand Canyon, a place you must visit at least once in your lifetime. We were so blown away by its sheer scale that we kept whispering "wow" over and over. Even on our second visit, it was just as breathtaking as the first time! ✨ Here are some tips and recommendations after exploring for 5 days! ↓ ・For campsites, make sure to check the official website beforehand for shower and campfire regulations! Showers are usually closed during the winter. We found a free BLM camping area right outside the park where we ended up staying for 4 nights. ・Although we didn't go ourselves, the West Rim (Hermit Road) area is only accessible by shuttle bus! You can catch the bus from the Visitor Center 🚌 ・Our absolute favorite viewpoint was "Lipan Point" ♪ ・Always bring plenty of water when hiking! 💦 ・If you plan to visit, getting an annual pass is definitely more cost-effective 💛 We quit our jobs and left Japan on March 19th, 2025, to embark on this journey.
