Pride and LGBTIQA+ | Fairmont High School initiates Pride Month celebrations for learners
The representative council of learners at Fairmont High School in Durbanville has initiated an International Pride Month celebration for the month of June. They seek to create awareness about Pride and LGBTIQA+ whilst also educating pupils and staff about this. Today LGBTIQA+ identifying bodies and allies will also be gathering in solidarity on the rugby field to raise their flag. We now cross to our reporter Vanessa Poonah.
