Farewell To The SWR Class 455s - Metro Units Heading for Scrap 2025

South Western Railway Class 455 units are heading for scrap frequently as the new Class 701 Arterio units enter service. In this 10 minute video, a tribute to the class 455 units which served many areas of London and beyond including Guildford and Reading. This video features some of the units. Due to the declining numbers of units in service and the frequency of the scrap move workings, this will be my last video of the 455s.
