Rather than a traditional travel vlog, the film uses the raw, unpredictable terrain of the Himalayas as a visceral metaphor for the internal landscape of mental health. From the suffocating weight of initial acclimatisation and sudden equipment failures at Khardung La, to the profound stillness found in ancient monasteries and the freezing waters of Pangong Lake, the journey mirrors the messy, non-linear process of healing.  “What if I feel..
