Important Update on New Castle Road to JDF and Holywell Park | After the Landslide | Must See

I’m heading back into Jamaica’s Blue Mountains to finish a journey I couldn’t complete last time — reaching Holywell Park. After being stopped by a massive landslide on my previous trip, I returned to see if the road was passable. The journey was challenging, but doable. I made it to Holywell Park and while there is some damage, it wasn’t as bad as expected. Many of the trails are currently blocked by landslides and fallen trees, but recovery is underway. I also got a first look at a new road under construction that may soon become the temporary route to Holywell. This video shows the real road conditions and what it currently takes to reach Holywell Park in the Blue Mountains.
