Yesterday 03.10.17 instead of rubber I put metal washers, 1 piece each. Right under both silent blocks. Size of washers. Inner diameter. 30 mm. Outer 45 mm. Thickness of washer is 1.5-2 mm. +,- The thicker it is, the stronger it will press the silent block. The outer diameter of the washer can be larger. Everything is great, the steering wheel is dead still, no knocks or vibrations yet:)
