The latest dual boiler coffee machine smashes expectation

IF you thought coffee machines couldn't get any better, then you haven't met the Shark! It's an apex predator for the price of a guppy. I first stumbled onto Gemilai when they brought out the Legato, a cheap machine with all the bells and whistles. Then they released the Owl and it looked like a fancy commercial barista machine for a fraction of the price of a regular coffee machine. Now, they've upset the cart again with a cheap cheap dual boiler that has technology I've never seen on a machine before. Not only does it introduce you the world of pressure profiling but it lets you dip your toes in and then get deep and dirty with it once you're aclimatised to how it all works. but it doens't stop there, there is still one button that you have to see for yourself.
