DL650 (2005) V-Strom Fuel Cap Seal Replacement. A short video to show how to replace the fuel cap seal, if the rubber has perished and the smell of petrol is apparent. The only tools required is something to cover the fuel hole, a screwdriver and a new seal. Ideally purchase a replacement Suzuki seal, but you can also use a Triumph Daytona (750, 900, 1000 & 1200) as it’s the same exact dimensions. Triumph part: J005. Happy Riding!
