DIY Power Feed for Milling Machine

Nema 34 stepper motor M8 cap head screws M6 cap head screws M5 cap head screws Process followed: The existing hub from the end of the lead screw was turned down to allow space for the new alloy pulley, and the hub was removed from the pulley using the the lathe. The two parts were fixed together with four m5 screws. The alloy box section was machine with the various holes required for the pulleys, lead screw and fixings using end mills and drills / tapps and the radius function on my DRO.
