What Motivates Musicians? You Might Be Surprised...

Sometimes, videos take a while to put together. This is one of those because it needed a bit of research and I didn't find much online. There doesn't seem to be any real blueprint for what motivates us musicians, as least that I could find. But I wanted to break down to some core reasons as to why we really love music so much. The video game industry, of all places, gave me some insight and I have put together a hypothesis. So let me know if you think I'm on to something, or if I should just stick to sorting M&M's.
