Plant Pots made from Recycled Plastic

Every product we make starts with a load of waste HDPE plastic. This plastic needs to be cleaned and de-labelled, before being cleaned. We then sort all the plastic by hand to make sure it's all the same type and into all the different colours. Then we can use our shredder ('Shreddy Krueger') to chomp all of this down into small flakes. These flakes are mixed into one of our custom colours and then fed into our injection moulding machine. They are heated up and injected into a custom made mould. Once cool you have yourself a beautiful recycled plastic plant pot! Literally turning TRASH into TREASURE.
