Built on a narrow lot of only 95 square meters, the house reinterprets setback regulations to create a wider approach and greater vertical openness, while minimizing circulation space to maximize livable areas. Inside, architecture and furniture merge into a continuous system where stairs, storage, seating, and dining elements are integrated into a single spatial sequence. Through careful proportions, subtle use of natural light, and a lightweight steel structure, the project demonstrates how small homes can feel dynamic, efficient, and richly layered despite limited size.
