Here's my career in brief: 1983: I started working as a delivery boy at the small welding company Arroweld in Zanè (Vicenza) 1988: I became sales director at age 25 1990: Upon the sudden death of owner Antonio Fumagalli, I acquired the company, penniless, with the first Management Buyout (MBO) in the Veneto region. 1990-1993: I attended 90 training courses on business management, financial statement analysis, management control, and financial planning. 2004: The turning point, when I delegated everything, I moved 300km away from the company headquarters to focus on the three most important things: vision, business planning, and numbers control. 2016: OSA Community Fund, the largest community for entrepreneurs in Italy. 2021: Imprenditore Vero Fund, to spread the culture of numbers and management control. 2024: Thousands of entrepreneurs have increased margins, profits, personal earnings, and consequently their standard of living thanks to better management of their business numbers.
