Hitachi TV DVD Player Fix. DVD Won't Load Properly & Won't Eject. How to DIY Repair. Model VC326000

This Hitachi TV DVD combo was brought into me as ewaste, although the customer said it worked perfectly! The TV does, but perhaps he had never used the DVD player because it wouldn't load DVDs properly nor eject them. Here's my journey of diagnosis & repair.
