This is our online class in the vintage dance of Balboa that we did as part of our Winter Holiday Workshop :D The steps that we are covering in this workshop is the downhold basic, come around, toss out and lollies. Balboa is an elegant swing dance that originated in Southern California during the 20s and enjoyed huge popularity during the 30s and 40s. Balboa is named after the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, California where the dance was invented.
