Which Sport in Wii Sports is the Healthiest?

Wii Sports is all about bringing sports to the living room, but does this lead to any real health benefits, or should we just go outside? My Wii Sports + Wii Sports Resort Review: Super fun game for what it is. While Wii Sports is more consistently high quality, Resort has better controls and more content so it evens out. I've played this on and off for years so it was nice to make a video on it finally. That being said, most games don't really have the most depth, so while it is iconic there are many games I would rather play than this most of the time. 6/10.
