3D printer clay Ram extruder loading with PugMill
In this video I'm demonstrating the use of the Venco de-airing pug mill, loading extrusion tubes for our 3D printer clay Ram extruder. In the first portion of the video I cycle through the prepared EM 751 throwing clay. I am cycling the clay to get homogeneous consistency throughout the clay body. In the second part of the video I attach the clear polycarbonate extrusion tube to the receptacle and load the de-aired clay. This by far is the easiest method to prepare extrusion tubes for 3D printing that I know of. I've been working on this process now for over 3 months and these are the results I was hoping for. www.3dpotter.com
