A Media Detox Week | living more analog, no social media, no noise
This week I tried something a little different — a full media detox. No social media, no Netflix, no podcasts, and even no books as part of my "Artist’s Way" week 4 challenge. Just a quieter, slower, more analog way of being. It felt strange at first to remove so much noise from my days, but slowly the silence started to feel like space again. In this video, I share bits of that week, what I noticed, and how it felt to step away from constant input and return to something simpler. I got inspired after reading a Substack essay by Dristi Pandita: https://substack.com/inbox/post/19586...
