Health Ombud clears KZN hospitals

The Health Ombud has cleared KwaZulu-Natal hospitals of workplace bullying or victimisation in the deaths of six healthcare workers. However, the investigation has laid bare deep systemic cracks, including staff shortages, frozen posts, and under-resourced wellness support across the province's public health system.
