Vert is a style of skateboarding that involves performing tricks on a large U-shaped ramp called a halfpipe or vert ramp. Skaters perform a variety of tricks, including spins, flips and grabs, while soaring through the air above the ramp. Skateboard vert requires a combination of speed, agility and courage, as riders must maintain control while executing complex aerial maneuvers at high speeds.
