Taekwon-Do Self-Defense: Release from a wrist hold #2
In this video I show you another way of how to release from a wrist hold. The technique shown is basic, yet very effective, even against attackers who are stronger than you. I explain in detail how move your body and distribute your weight and how to apply leverage principles to open a strong grip with less effort. There are other ways of releasing from this type of hold and they will be shown in other videos in this series on Taekwon-Do Self-Defense.
