Crested Barbet Visits! Plus Regular Garden Gang || The Daily Garden Perch || No Music || Bird Sounds

Welcome back to The Daily Garden Perch. Episode 8 is another lovely morning in my South African garden. The regular gang is here – Cape Robin-Chat, Dark-capped Bulbul, and the ever-present Grey Loeries (Kwevoël). But today, we had a NEW guest! A beautiful Crested Barbet dropped by for breakfast. This colourful bird with its bright face, thick beak, and striking crest is always a treat to see. And he was very happy to enjoy some banana from the bowl. It's always exciting when a new species visits. My garden keeps surprising me. Birds featured in this episode: · Crested Barbet (new guest!) · Cape Robin-Chat (my favourite and channel mascot) · Dark-capped Bulbul · Grey Go-away-bird (Grey Loerie / Kwevoël) Everything was calm and peaceful this morning. The birds shared the space, took turns at the banana bowl, and went about their day. What you'll hear: · Real, unedited garden sounds · The gentle chirping of the regular gang · The quiet munching of banana breakfast No music. No filters. Just real birdlife from right outside my door. If you enjoy watching South African garden birds – both the regulars and the new visitors – please subscribe to The Daily Garden Perch. Every episode is short – just 5 to 7 minutes – from my garden. Have you ever seen a Crested Barbet in your garden? Let me know in the comments. I love hearing about your visitors.
