BR 9F 92134 & Battle of Britain Class 257 Squadron - Great Central Railway Winter Steam Gala 2026

The Great Central Railway Winter Steam Gala 2026 This was a fantastic event that I very much enjoyed filming across several locations. The locomotives featured were: Southern Railway Battle of Britain Class No. 34072 257 Squadron Austerity Tank Engine 3809/18 BR Standard 9F No. 92134, although it was temporarily re-numbered for this event Austerity Tank Engine No. 68067 79900 Iris DMU/Railcar, the one diesel participating in the event BR Standard 2 No. 78019 BR Standard 5MT No. 73156 BR Standard 2 No. 78018 BR Modified GWR Hall Class No. 6990 Witherslack Hall The gala featured passenger, freight, double-heading, top and tailing, light engine moves and night services, so there was plenty of variety on offer at the Winter Steam Gala.
