Heat Molding Ski Boots in My Home Oven DIY - Custom Fit for Wide Feet
I measured my own foot and bought my first pair of ski boots on Amazon, because there's no ski shop nearby. The Head Edge LYT boots I bought have heat moldable outer shells and liners. The forefront of my foot is wider than average so I thermoformed the boots in my own oven. I had never done this before so this video shows the whole process, including cooling the formed boots by quenching in the bathtub. The results were great and the width of the boot is much more comfortable after the heat forming process. Here's the boots I bought: https://amzn.to/4a78yOn
