Ankarsrum Stand Mixer Review | AKA Electrolux, DLX, Magic Mill, Assistent | Amy Learns to Cook

Join Amy for a test & review of the Ankarsrum Stand Mixer. This mixer is also known as the Electrolux, the DLX, the Magic Mill, or the Verona. This mixer is unique because it has a bowl that spins and a roller that gently kneads bread dough. It is similar to the Bosch Universal mixer in that it has a hub at the bottom of the mixer. It comes with the main stainless steel bowl with roller and scraper as well as a plastic bowl with cookie paddles and whips for making cookies, batters, whipped cream, and meringue. I am looking forward to testing this Ankarsum stand mixer against the KitchenAid stand mixer Pro600 and Commercial as well as the Bosch Universal.
