Rule 32 Post-Conviction Relief in Arizona
Although it is not possible in most cases to back out of a plea deal or appeal a plea bargain, there are some situations where finding relief may be possible. In Arizona, Rule 32 of the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure provides grounds for "re-opening" a closed case that produced a conviction or a sentence.
