A slower paced video this one (but in a good way) I hike along a ridgeline ‘til I find a perfect little spot to set up camp for the night. Set up a tarp shelter, make whiskey apples with local apple juice. I give a little background into who I am and why this channel exists. Then I cook a Steak & Guinness stew over the fire using my billy with a banger sunset for a backdrop. Pour a drink and settle in this was a great little trip. As always if you’ve got questions hit up the comments and I’ll respond. Guinness Stew Recipe: Chop it up, chuck it in, add full can of Guinness and slow cook. Beef or Lamb (Lamb’s better) Veges; Carrot, celery, garlic, potato Salt & Pepper Tomato Paste (Thickener) Chilli Flakes Guinness (as a stock) Bay Leaves or eucalyptus leaves Rosemary I’ve got a roo version of this I’ll do in an upcoming video.
