We begin with a simple example of growing two crops of broccoli in the same bed at different times (0:40) which is made possible by knowing certain key information about our crops and growing season (2:10). Then I show you additional relay planting examples that allow for a little more flexibility. These examples include a relay of carrots to corn (4:08), beets to broccoli (5:42), garlic to kale/spinach (6:55), and cauliflower to turnips (8:16).
