Ingredients: 500g self-rising flour 200g yogurt 110g olive oil & 110g melted butter 1 egg white (keep the yolk for brushing) 1/2 tsp sugar & 1/2 tsp salt Filling: 200g Feta, 100g yellow cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp yogurt, fresh mint or herbs of your choice. Baked at 180°C for about 26 minutes. Enjoy with a glass of cold Ayran!
