A unique reddish-orange-hued dosae that found its home in the erstwhile Samrat restaurant at Chalukya Hotel, Bengaluru. Sadly, the place closed its doors a few months ago, however second generation restaurateur, Santosh Shanbag is committed to preserving the near 50-year-old culinary legacy of his father.
